Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 9, 2026

1. Introduction

Ann Ale Records LLC (“Ann Ale,” “we,” “us”) operates https://annalerecords.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. We try to keep this short and honest.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Site and respond to you:

  • Information you give us through the contact form — your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message.
  • Technical information automatically logged by our server when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is standard server log data used for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

  • Reply to your message and follow up on your inquiry.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site — for example, our email delivery (SMTP) provider used to transmit your message to our inbox. These providers are bound to handle data on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Cookies & analytics

The Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used for basic functionality such as form security tokens. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Third-party services

Our Work page embeds videos from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, and we load thumbnails from YouTube only when you visit that page. Once you click play, your interaction with the embedded player is governed by Google’s privacy policy. We also load fonts from Google Fonts. Visiting external sites is at your discretion.

7. Retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of correspondence. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and operational purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information you’ve given us, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@annalerecords.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
